Number 1, that awesome. Machinarium is an awesome game, and although he can’t figure out most of the puzzles, my little brother loves it. He calls it the robot game :)

I’m very happy to hear about this. I bought the game a long time ago and have recommended it to everyone I know, but I’m glad to see Machinarium getting more exposure by being in the AppStore. Yay!

Such a shame it won’t run on the iPad/iPhone – you guys would have made a killing!

Just played through Machinarium. As a lover of Myst, it’s tough to admit, but I loved Machinarium even more (though they aren’t directly comparable as Mach is 3rd person). It’s just quirky enough and the graphics are overwhelmingly amazing and very immersive I hope that Amanita decides to continue the Machinariium story and soon. iPad 1/2 platforms would be huge for the next sequel (a story 1 + story 2 combo app?) though I bet the flash->ios conversion would be tough on development resources (but worth it!). iPhone would be way too small of a screen to enjoy the detail of this type of game.

Hey guys I’ve recently just found out about machinarium through the Mac app store and I tried the demo on the website, and I’m absolutely in love with the game! So my question now is since you are now on the app store, what are the chances of an iPad version? I’d love to see it on both the Mac and iPad. Plus the more exposure you get for the game, the more popular it’ll get. ;)

I didn’t do my homework and paid some third party website too much for this game (20 bucks). My only complaint is that the proceeds won’t really go to the designers. This is a BEAUTIFUL, coherent, and wonderful game. I loved every second of it.

Would you be willing to share any of the details of how you were able to put a Flash game on the Mac App Store? I read a blog post about a very convoluted process required for it – did you have to do a lot of hacking on the game, or did you find another way? Thanks!

When Machinarium on Iphone/Ipod, on iOS? I want my favorite game on my phone!!!!!!!!!

I am playing Machinarium v1.2.0 on Mac OS 10.6.7. When I get to the little “jail” with the smoking robot, I get his arm. I then go to the opening to the 2nd cell, get short, and put in the smoking robots arm. At that point my little robot freezes. Music continues, the robot in the 2nd cell still shakes, the lights glow and dim, and the smoking robot continues to smoke. But I can’t do anything with my little robot and I have to quit the game. Is this a bug, or am I missing something with the play?

LOVED IT. I want more, this game was addictively fantastic….

i absolutely love this game but whenever i try and download on my mac it doesn’t work.
Anyway i really wish it was available on I pad even though iv’e herd that isn’t an option

Guys common, you h a v e to bring it on the ipad

iPad version will propably cannot be in Flash, but Adobe has released converter to HTML5. Have somebody tested if it is working?

Please bring this out for Android! I purchased the original game for PC a couple of years ago but would love to be able to play it on my phone. By the way, thanks for such a creative, fantastic game – bring on Machinarium 2!
