Adolf Lachman is  truly a renaissance man, he is painter, sculptor, concept artist and also talented musician. He painted the backgrounds in Machinarium and now he is working with us on our next game Samorost3. If you want to know more about Adolf’s work, you can visit his brand new website right now.

Osada is an interactive music video created by our animator Václav Blín, featuring Czech psychedelic country music composed and recorded by our friend Šimon Ornest. The whole project is online for free or you can also download its offline version with slightly better music quality for mere $2. Go play it now and then let us know what you think please:)

The English PDF version of the book Kooky is available in our web store.
The book was written by Jan Svěrák and illustrated by Jakub Dvorský. The story is the same as in the feature film Kooky by the same authors. The book includes 150 pages, 15 full-page colour illustrations and 83 pen-and-ink drawings.

Sphere and Cube is a comic series about… well, Sphere, Cube and their firends Cigarette Butt, Turd, Hair and others. It was written and drawn by Jára Plachý who also created all the animations in comic bubbles in Machinarium. Here is the first part, folow-ups should be released here on the blog soon.
