What the hell is Kooky [from the amanita-design blog] ?

Hey guys I was visiting the Amantia Design Blog when I saw a ttrailer and a gallery of a movie called "Kooky"

But I can't really find out more about the movie, can't read Czech.

So does anyone have more information about it ?
Is is the second movie because the trailer is called "Kooky's ReturN" or what ?
