When going on the small maintenance lift for the second time (after I made the lift engine run), I get stuck. Meaning that the engine is off again but the items needed to get it to run are obviously missing because they were used to make it run first. Thankfully, I kinda felt that this sequence might get cheesy and saved before I went out there.

Not at all, you aren't stuck.
Just speak to the girl robot in the kitchen again and tell her to use the tube on the oil barrel again, just like the last time.

I was also stuck in the same situation. Unfortunately, when I try to get the girl to use the hose again, there was no response. I eventually got her to respond by hovering the hose over a specific spot near the bottom of the oil tube.

I have this same issue. But the female robot will not use the tools to send oil so I am really stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Lips sealed Huh

Figured it out. On the iPad it was hard to hit just the right spot but it finally worked.
