Folks,


My Josef is stuck on the cart in the furnace room. i.e. he can neither get out of it nor is the lever coming down to pick him up!

What to do?

Also, is there any way to go back to the previous levels?

And finally, the save and load options are not working - they just have blank, grey boxes.

Please help!

The developers (Amanita Design) are aware that there are some bugs and there are updates "on the way":

However, you might want to contact Amanita and let them know about the specific issues that you've mentioned above, just in case they aren't yet aware of them. You can use the contact form at the bottom of this page:

I have got exactly the same problem and am now unable to go any further. Has a solution been found yet?
