"If you have Samsung Galaxy Nexus, S3, HTC One or other Android smartphone with resolution 1280×720 or bigger, you can finally enjoy the game at full screen. It’s still a bit small but definitely playable if you have sharp eyes and fingers. Get the game on Google play."

Hello,

the nexus 7 has the screen definition for the game (7", 1280x800) but Machinarium Android is marked as incompatible with that tablet, is there anything i could do to install it on my tablet ?

Thanks in advance

Can't tell you why "Machinarium Android is marked as incompatible with that tablet"...
We heard from another Nexus 7 user that WAS able to load and play the game. See here: http://forum.amanita-design.net/index.php?topic=3981.msg11879#msg11879

Note: "requires Android 2.2 and up"  maybe that's your problem?

Same problem.
I think because it's a LCD density problem: Nexus 7 has lcd_density = 213 (tvdpi), so (I presume) incompatible in google pay store's installation.

Some users resolved this problem installing an .apk of game and launching it with device in landscape mode (launching in portrait the screen of game is too small) or
by installing via google play store with a hack like this:

more info here:

I hope will be fixed soon.
Thanks
