If not then try using the in-game solution book. And if you've done everything correctly and still can't go on, then I'm aware that this is a bug. Just like Docgio mentoined.

I had the same problem as the question you answered. I can get the key but I can't get it to unlock and turn the lights green. Is this a bug in the program? I am playing on a Surface RT.
Please help. I love the game, but I am frustrated by not going on.

This is going to be a puzzle game, and the game looks so AWESOME.
The game's graphics, surroundings etc. were made of paper, glue and cardboard.
